This cuvée is also obtained by a blend of braucol and syrah. It is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months. With its ripe fruit, toasted and chocolate aromas, it will successfully accompany game, red meats and cheeses. As with the Les Galets vintage, it will evolve over the years and reach its fullness in ten years.
