LES PIERRES BLANCHES is a bleeding rosé, more intended for gastronomy, in the pure tradition of Coteaux du Languedoc rosés, with its aromas of tart red berries, and a nice minerality.
TERROIR : Very rocky sandy-clay soil facing the Mediterranean Sea in the heart of the classified site of the Clape massif.
ASSEMBLY : Syrah – Grenache – Mourvèdre
VINIFICATION : Rosé of bleeding, cold settling and thermoregulated fermentation.
TASTING NOTES : Limpid and brilliant color, a pink with bluish and purple reflections.
Intense nose and mouth with red fruit scents with toasty and spicy notes highlighted by a tangy hint of beautiful freshness.

Serve at a temperature between 10 and 12 °.
