Christmas dinner

On Friday December 10, the entire Glass and Mug team is happy to welcome you for our Christmas dinner !

Our Christmas menu will take place in 4 services :

– Gourmet Plate : Oak leaf, homemade foie gras, duck gizzards, croutons, roasted pine nuts (organic)

– Beef Wellington, small vegetables, mashed potatoes, forest sauce : A glass of “La Clape” – Domaine Combe des Ducs as an accompaniment

– Trilogy of cheeses : Brie de Maux (PDO), Roquefort (artisanal PDO), ashy goat cheese

– Norwegian omelette and coffee : A glass of “Caramany” – Vignerons de Caramany
