This selection plot comes from vineyards whose altitude is between 250 and 400 m. For the most part, these are independent plots, small in size and surrounded by woods.AREA: the estate has 135 ha in one piece, 25 of which are planted with vines and 110 in wood (pine and oak). For the “Terrasse du Diable” blend, around 40% of the vineyard surface are used.SOIL AND BASEMENT: the area is cultivated in terraced stairs on most from the surface, due to the very steep relief.
