APPELLATION GIGONDAS CONTROLLEDGEOGRAPHICAL SITUATION: extreme north of the appellation. Terraces located at the localities “Poncet, Thomas, Les Pallières and Terrasse du Diable”. This selection plot comes from vineyards whose altitude is between 250 and 400 m. For the most part, these are independent plots, small in size and surrounded by woods.AREA: the estate has 135 ha in one piece, 25 of which are planted with vines and 110 in wood (pine and oak). For the “Terrasse du Diable” blend, around 40% of the vineyard surface are used.SOIL AND BASEMENT: the area is cultivated in terraced stairs on most from the surface, due to the very steep relief.
