LES PIERRES BLANCHES is a bleeding rosé, more intended for gastronomy, in the pure tradition of Coteaux du Languedoc rosés, with its aromas of tart red berries, and a nice minerality. TERROIR : Very rocky sandy-clay soil facing the Mediterranean Sea in the heart of the classified site of the Clape massif. ASSEMBLY : Syrah – Grenache – Mourvèdre VINIFICATION : Rosé of bleeding, cold settling and thermoregulated fermentation. TASTING NOTES : Limpid and brilliant color, a pink with bluish and purple reflections. Intense nose and mouth with red fruit scents with toasty and spicy notes highlighted by a tangy hint of beautiful freshness. Gourmet and delicate rosé that accompanies your meals all year round. Côtes du Roussillon – Mas de la Devèze – Malice – 2017

Simply excellent as an aperitif, it will also go very well with salads, grills, savory pies, etc… A rosé to enjoy all year round … Harvest : harvested mid-September by hand.
