  • Dress : The dress is light gold.


    Nose : Nose of stone fruit, with notes of apricot, embellished with fine woody touches.


    Palate : The palate is fleshy, on the fruit, slightly buttered and well balanced, with a nice length.


    Food and wine pairing : Scallops, Scrambled truffles, Fish in sauce (sole meunière, trout with butter and almonds).
